Best hotel with the immaculate service! Everything was perfect for my daughter's christening. And the food was absolutely delicious. Rooms are modern and cosy. Absolutely recommend for both special events and stay

A lovely locally run hotel in acres of beautiful grounds. A choice of cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Lovely hot rain showers.

Lovely setting with polite staff who were happy to help with our early check-in. We were put in a room at the end of the corridor near the fire exit on the first floor, I think this was being used as a service entrance/exit so from 5am onwards the door kept banging open and shut. The walls are paper thin. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was mould growing in the corner of the showers and the water comes out cloudy. Smell of smoke from outside as the window is located right by the smoking area. Room is minimalistic, bed was fairly comfortable, pillows are thin and no additional offered in the room (we got in late and drunk so didn't ask for another). Glad it was cheap as it needs a face lift.

Staff polite friendly and helpful Room comfortable enough Tv Fan Bathroom Some areas in need of TLC Breakfast looked very good but once started was slightly wet underneath food so didn’t eat much of the cooked side of things Parking is a short walk in public carpark voucher issued at reception Breakfast not worth the £10 which was a shame

What a marvelous and reasonably priced opportunity. The room was well equipped and cozy. Bed was a bit small though. The staff was super attentive and polite. Breakfast had everything we wished for. The surrounding gardens offer opportunity for short walks. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Lovely comfortable room, with a nice clean room. Stayed for 2 nights and was able to work in the main lobby without any problems (and being provided with lots of green tea). Staff were really friendly and I would use again if I needed to

I can not comment on the rooms or service unfortunately, but i have to tell you about the smell of bacon in the early morning when i do my daily run around Lydiard it smells amazing.

We spend 2 lovely days at the Lydiard Park Hotel. Was an outstanding experience. Despite low prices but quality of service is very high. We will definitely back.

Great hotel and conference centre park is at the front and getting booked in was easy.breakfast was great and enjoyed it a lot. But on the first day it was cooked a bit better.the lady kept trying to get me to pay £10 even after I told her I had paid already. And on the second day the milk jug wasn't cleaned properly. But the dinner was amazing I had the triple bangers with onion gravy. It was fantastic I would really recommend the bangers. And overall I would come back it's a great hotel in a amazing venu.

Lydiard Park is always lovely for families of all ages. The thing that spoils it is the Parking meter fiasco as never seems to be working. We need to be welcoming people for a peaceful place to go. A nightmare if your visiting from outside the Borough of Swindon.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lydiard Park Hotel on the 30th of March, and I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our stay. This visit held a special significance for us as it was our adopted son's first time staying in a hotel. Naturally, he was both anxious and excited about the experience. However, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warmth displayed by your staff, his apprehensions quickly turned into delight. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and acceptance, which truly made all the difference for us. We were particularly touched by the genuine care and attention shown towards our son. Despite his occasional moments of anxiety, the staff went above and beyond to ensure he felt comfortable and included throughout our stay. The thoughtful gesture of gifting him a teddy bear was incredibly touching and made his first "holiday" truly memorable. Moreover, we were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, which provided us with everything we needed for a restful night's sleep. The grounds of the hotel were simply breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Please convey our sincerest appreciation to your entire team for their exceptional service and hospitality. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay at Lydiard Park Hotel an unforgettable one. We look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future and experience your hospitality once more.

Lovely place, nearly empty on a Saturday night yet not so much more than the chain hotels. Would be very different if there had been a wedding on I suppose.

Excellent food and great service. The steak was cooked to perfection and is highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Went over to Lydiard for a lovely winter walk. Once we had finished, we went into the new bar. The staff are very welcoming and the drinks are not too expensive. We will definitely give a Sunday lunch ago.

Celebrated my wife’s 70th birthday on Sunday. The staff and food were brilliant. The arrival of a very large XL Bully dog, under the control of a lightweight teenage female did nothing to make us feel comfortable. We thought we had booked a table in the restaurant, which should have been dog free. Looks like our table was in the bar, so open to exposure to large dogs etc. we really enjoyed our meal, and the great staff who gave us brilliant service. We will visit again but request seperation from menacing dogs.

We had an Amazing evening last night at a private function. The staff without exception were proffessional, friendly and very Helpful. The Food by Marco and the kitc hen team was outstsnding.The best i have had at a large function. Thank you Alex snd all the tean. Will be back for sure.I would really reccomend a visit for food and functions. I didnt stay so cant comment on rooms

The location is beautiful but the staff are rude and slow. When I asked a question it was as if it was the most inconvenient thing that could have ever happened to them. It's so disappointing.
